“We were able to schedule (last minute) Saturday service to have our leaky kitchen faucet replaced. The technician, Harry, was prompt, arriving at the very beginning of the scheduled service window. He was friendly, efficient, explained the work and new faucet features, and cleaned up afterwards.During the installation, Harry made sure the faucet was installed where we wanted it (we have it on the corner of the sink), and he had me check that it was functioning how I expected. We were very pleased with our choice to schedule Total Comfort. Price was similar to other options, but we know we can trust Total Comfort based on previous work we’ve had done.
